Friday, Feb. 1 Larceny At 2:11 p.m., campus police received a

report of a stolen book bag. A male student said he went to Whitaker Gym the day before and when he went to retrieve his book bag, it was no longer there. All items in the book bag were listed as stolen. The case is closed.

Reckless Driving

At 11:55 a.m., a person driving a blue Honda Accord was stopped by campus police for driving in a reckless manner. The driver made a left turn from the right lane of MLK Jr. Drive onto Reynolds Park Road endangering the lives of others. The campus police initiated a traffic stop and found the male driver, not a student, had neither a valid driver's license nor registra- tion for the vehicle. The driver was searched, handcuffed and transported to the Forsyth County Detention Center. The case is closed.

Monday, Feb. 4 Larceny At 1:19 a.m., a female student in

Foundation Heights reported to campus police that her shoes had been stolen. The sneakers were black and white Nike Ken Griffey Jr.'s valued at $160. There are no suspect(s) at this time. The case is under investigation.

Forgery

At 1:19 a.m., campus police discovered a vehicle with a counterfeit decal in Lot C. Campus police spoke to the owner of the car about the incident and the female student admitted it was a fake decal. She said she did it to park closer to her class. Campus police did not charge her for creating a fraudulent decal; however, the student was referred to Judicial Affairs. In addition, the student lost all privileges to park on campus. The case is closed.

Communicating Threats

At 7:33 p.m., campus police received a report of an altercation that took place in Atkins Hall among four female students. A female employee had the four students in mediation. Two of the students stormed out of the room and then returned banging on the door, cursing and threatening the other two students because of a missing name tag on their dorm room door. When officers arrived, the students admitted to threatening the other two students. The threatened stu- dents declined to press charges. All students involved were referred to Judicial Affairs. The case is closed.
