Your credit score must be 600 - 630 plus & higher, you will be required to pass a credit & criminal felony background check.

Background checks are $25.00 per person over the age of 18, will get your approval or denial within 24 to 48 hours. Everyone must be on the lease contract & must pass the credit / criminal felony check. Must be employed & make gross pay 3 times the monthly rent. Cannot have any late paying history or evictions or criminal activities. Our credit company is very thorough and covers everything, extremely detailed in discovery.
