Saturday, Nov. 16
Burglary
At 6:19 a.m., campus police responded to a call in Foundation Heights. A male student reported hearing a noise in the common area of his suite. The student said when he went to go check it out he saw a man sitting on his couch. The student said the unknown man said he was waiting on friends and ran off when questioned further. The suspect broke in through a window. The case is closed.
Sunday, Nov. 17
Disorderly Conduct
At 2:51 a.m., campus police responded to Rams Commons in reference to two male students fighting. When campus police arrived, one of the students took off running. Campus police issued a Be On the Lookout for the student. The case was referred to Judicial Affairs.
Monday, Nov. 18
Disorderly Conduct
At 5:42 p.m., campus police was dispatched to Brown Hall in reference to two female students involved in a physical altercation. One of the students said the fight stemmed from an earlier argument. Both students declined to press charges. The case was referred to Judicial Affairs.
Larceny
At 6:52 p.m., a female student reported her cell phone being stolen from the Thompson Center. The student said she tracked the phone to the C.G O’Kelly Library. Campus police escorted the student to the library and found a male student with the phone. Campus police said the male student became nervous after being questioned. Campus police retrieved the female student’s phone and another stolen phone from the male student. The case was referred to Judicial Affairs.
Wednesday, Nov. 20
Larceny
At 12:03 p.m., campus police was dispatched to the Computer Science building in reference to items being stolen from a vending machine. The vending machine operator said he placed the items in the hallway and when he returned the items were missing. There were 31 items stolen valued at $130. The case is closed.
Thursday, Nov. 21
Larceny from a vehicle
At 3:26 p.m., a female student reported a black backpack stolen from her vehicle parked in Lot FF. The student said the car window was partially down and the doors were unlocked. Stolen items valued at $200. No suspects have been reported. The case is closed.
