Congratulations to the 2008-2009 News Argus staff for winning the Best Editorial Cartoon for “McCain Plumber” in the Black College Communication Association Excellence in Journalism Contest. The staff participated in the 11th Annual National HBCU Student News Media Conference Feb. 12-14 in Durham. Justin Jenkins was the winning artist.
